Well Philip from Run – Rabbit – Run suggested this as a topic (thanks we love suggestions) and we took up the mantle. So on the 20 July we invite you all to an event at Bean There Cape Town at 18:30.
Grant from Specialty Coffee Exchange has donated a specialty grade coffee from Burundi and Joe from iKhofi has volunteered to roast the coffee in a defect manner or 4 so we can learn to identify 4 roast defects.
We appreciate that this is once again a technical evening and these types of events are normally less popular than ones focused around softer issues, but we look forward to seeing everyone from the local roasting community there.
