Well Philip from Run – Rabbit – Run suggested this as a topic (thanks we love suggestions) and we took up the mantle. So on the 20 July we invite you all to an event at Urban Grind at 18:30.
Grant from Specialty Coffee Exchange has donated a specialty grade coffee from Burundi and Joe from iKhofi has volunteered to roast the coffee in a defect manner or 4 so we can learn to idenfity 4 roast defects.
We appreciate that this is once again a technical evening and these types of events are normally less popular than one that focuses around softer issues but we look forward to seeing everyone from the local roasting community there.
